I met Rachel Leonard through Dr. Megan in the first few months after I moved to Los Angeles. We hit it off right away and later became roommates. Nine years later we are still good friends, have co-founded a book club, and she remains one of my favorite people in LA.
The thing about Rachel is that she is so multi-talented. She's good at everything! It would be sickening if she wasn't so amazing. Her love, though, her passion is jewelry. You can see why. She hand makes these pieces that are drop dead gorgeous. They are worn by celebs and fashionistas all over the city. I have been lucky enough to have acquired a few Rachel Leonard originals, and I get compliments every single time I wear them.
Lucky for you, I'm giving away this gorgeous and delicate necklace to someone this week. I picked it myself, from a bevy of beautiful things, since you know I don't do giveaways for things I don't love. I picked it for the flattering length and the deep purple hue. It would look great with a light summer dress, but will really carry into the fall.
Here's the description from her Etsy Store:
