I think I forgot to tell you that I'm joining The Gorilla in Europe today for the remainder of his international press tour. (Beware crazies - we have a full-time housesitter and killer turtles.)

I've been watching the first season of Arrested Development
I went to a screening of the new film Rabbit Hole this week, with a Q&A after with the three producers, including Nicole Kidman, who also stars. I went to the movie without a clue of the premise. This was not a good idea. It was very, very sad.
Is anyone else reading Christopher Hitchens' cancer diaries in Vanity Fair? They are incredibly written. Pick up the magazine (one of my favorites) if you get the chance.
Also sad, yet amazing, was this story. It made me want to make sure and meet my neighbors. (Blogher)
Guess what came out on DVD this week? A documentary The Gorilla produced a couple of years ago called The Wild Wonderful Whites of West Virginia. It is fascinating and one of my favorite things he's ever been involved in.
For lots of reasons, this was the best thing I've read this week. (The Awl)
