Tomorrow, tomorrow, I love ya, tomorrow! You're only a day away...
I don't really love tomorrow. I mean, I love Tomorrows in general. I don't mind Mondays.
Halloween isn't my favorite holiday, though, I'll admit.
But I couldn't resist this photo of my from the early 80's dressed as Annie. I think I was Annie for years. I had a mild obsession with that little orphan.
(I look nothing like my own daughter in this picture. I look strangely like one of my nephews. Genes are weird.)
You would have to have been reading me a looong time to remember this story about my mom dressing my neice up as a pumpkin dog. She was really just supposed to be a pumpkin. But the costume was made for a dog. Didn't bother my mom one lick, said it was the cutest one in the store.
Don't mind the extra two holes.
Related but not related: did you know there has never been a SINGLE reported case of razor blades in apples or candy on Halloween? Or of a stranger doing anything similar to the general candy-eating public on October 31? Interesting, huh? I learned that from Free-Range Kids.
Happy Halloween, HH readers! Have a safe and happy holiday.
