black and gold at the met

The Met Gala is the one place all year when you're supposed to go all out with the fashion risks. I want to see the most avant garde looks. I want to spy on the carpet jealously and think, I would never have the guts to wear something like that, but isn't it wonderful?

It didn't so much happen for me tonight.

My favorite looks were very pretty, but not show-stopping. Also, they all happened to be black and gold. Make of that what you will.
