I woke up to the horrible news of the movie theater deaths in Colorado last night. What a terrible tragedy. My thoughts and prayers are with the victims and their families this morning.

This week has been so very full. The kids and I traveled home from Oklahoma on Monday, the baby got sick on Tuesday (he's fine), our kitchen remodel is going full throttle, so of course I threw a huge party to celebrate my friend Nora and her book Semi-Charmed Life. More on the party next week, and you can follow the progress of the kitchen remodel on the HH facebook page.
Also on the facebook page this week, I shared pics from our travels and a few links that just couldn't wait until Friday.

This week at allParenting, I showed my braid-y hair style. I have been living in this look this summer. Mainly because I'm too lazy to do anything else.
