Last week I threw a Santa & Me party at Americana at Brand for moms and their little ones. Despite the pouring rain and a brief power outage, we had a great morning. Barnes & Noble graciously offered up a space for us to stay dry.
We had snacks provided by Deluca's and mingled and lamented LA traffic when it rains.
I was just giddy over meeting new faces and seeing familiar ones.
We each got to take our pictures with Santa at the fabulous holiday house. I took my family here last year and it is just the best Santa experience.
I love that they give you a 5x7 to take home and also a flash drive with all of your images on it.
'Cause as you know, there's usually more than one frame-worthy moment.
After the photos, Santa came over to Barnes & Noble and read The Night Before Christmas. My daughter and Jess' son really helped him out.
We had such a fabulous time. The gift bags were full of amazing goodies including a gift card to J.Crew, another to Kiehls, a plush toy from Disney Baby, and a coin purse from Vera Bradley.
Thanks to all who braved the weird weather and came out! And especially thanks to Americana at Brand for hosting such a fun morning with Santa.
