Last weekend we were invited to spend the day at Knotts Berry Farm, called "Merry Farm" during the holidays. It had been raining for days and we were having cabin fever, so I braved the unpredictable weather.
I can't believe how much fun it was! In my mind, Knotts Berry Farm was an amusement park aimed at much older kids, but there was so much to do for our little family. A whole section called Camp Snoopy caters to the toddler set and Pigtail was in heaven. I was just disappointed that I hadn't brought another adult with me so that I could go on some of the bigger rides with her.
We had milkshakes at Johnny Rockets and went to the Snoopy on Ice show and had an all around great day. We can't wait to go back on a sunny day, this time with the whole family.

This week on the HH facebook page I linked to some great articles, some I just had to go ahead and post again below. I also asked for topic suggestions for my allParenting column, and we talked riding boots and MILFs. Not in the same post. You can like the HH facebook page here.
Speaking of allParenting, this week I gave a tutorial for the simple messy bun. This is the easiest hairstyle to pull off for all your holiday parties.
